    Product Commission Rate

    Stripe Payout

    The Product Commission Rate Addon in AffiliatePress allows you to assign custom commission rates to individual products across supported integrations. This gives you greater control over affiliate incentives by overriding the default/global commission rules.

    Addon Activation

    • Ensure that the AffiliatePress Pro plugin is active.
    • Activate the Product Commission Rate Addon from Admin Panel > AffiliatePress > Addons page.

    Note: This addon works only when the commission basis in AffiliatePress is set to: “Commission Per Product Sold” at the Admin Panel > AffiliatePress > Settings > Commission tab.

    Commission Settings

    1. AffiliatePress Rate Types

    • Site Default: Uses the global commission rate set in AffiliatePress settings.
    • Percentage: Sets the commission as a percentage of the product’s sale price.
    • Fixed Amount: Assigns a fixed monetary amount as commission per product sale.

    2. Rate Value

    • If using Percentage, enter the numeric percentage (e.g., 30 for 30%).
    • If using a Fixed Amount, enter the monetary value (e.g., 20 for $20).

    Example

    • 30% Commission: Go to particular Product’s AffiliatePress settings > Select Percentage as Rate Type > Enter 30 as Rate Value.
      • The affiliate will earn 30% of the product’s sale price.
    • $30 Flat Commission: Go to particular Product’s AffiliatePress settings > Select Fixed Amount as Rate Type > Enter 30 as Rate Value.
      • The affiliate will earn a flat $30 per sale, regardless of product price.

    Note: In order to set the product wise commission, make sure that the integration is enabled from AffiliatePress > Settings > Integrations tab.

    WooCommerce

    In order to set the product wise commission, navigate to the Admin Panel > Products > Add New Product where in at the left sidebar you will be able to check the ‘AffiliatePress Settings’ to set the rate type and the rate value as per your requirements.

    Easy Digital Downloads

    To set a product-specific commission rate in Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), navigate to Admin Panel > Downloads and add a new download or edit an existing one. Within the download settings, locate the “AffiliatePress Commission Settings” section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value according to your requirements.

    ARMember

    To set a plan-specific commission rate in ARMember, navigate to ARMember > Manage Plans and add a new plan or edit an existing one. Within the plan settings, locate the “AffiliatePress Commission Settings” section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected membership plan according to your requirements.

    MemberPress

    To set a membership-specific commission rate in MemberPress, navigate to MemberPress > Memberships and add a new membership or edit an existing one. Within the membership settings, locate the AffiliatePress Commission Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected membership according to your requirements.

    Restrict Content

    To set a membership-specific commission rate in Restrict Content Pro, navigate to Restrict > Membership Levels and add a new membership or edit an existing one. Within the membership settings, locate the AffiliatePress Commission Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected membership according to your requirements.

    WP EasyCart

    To set a product-specific commission rate in WP EasyCart, navigate to WP EasyCart > Products in your WordPress admin and create a new product or edit an existing one. Within the product settings, locate the AffiliatePress Commission Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected product according to your requirements.

    LifterLMS

    To set a course-specific commission rate in LifterLMS, navigate to LifterLMS > Courses in your WordPress admin and create a new course or edit an existing one. Within the course settings, locate the AffiliatePress Commission Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected course according to your requirements.

    GiveWP

    To set a donation form-specific commission rate in GiveWP, navigate to Donations > Campaigns in your WordPress admin and create a new campaign or edit an existing one. In the campaign editor, click the Forms tab and edit the desired form. Within the form settings, locate the AffiliatePress Settings section in the left sidebar and enable the product-wise commission option. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value according to your requirements.

    Simple Membership

    To set a membership level-specific commission rate in Simple Membership, navigate to WP Membership > Membership Levels in your WordPress admin and create a new membership level or edit an existing one. Within the membership level settings, locate the AffiliatePress Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected membership plan according to your requirements.

    Paid Member Subscription

    To set a subscription plan-specific commission rate in Paid Member Subscriptions, navigate to Paid Member Subscriptions > Subscription Plans in your WordPress admin and create a new subscription plan or edit an existing one. Within the subscription plan settings, locate the AffiliatePress Commission Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected subscription plan according to your requirements.

    Paid Membership Pro

    To set a membership-specific commission rate in Paid Memberships Pro, navigate to Memberships > Settings > Levels in your WordPress admin and create a new membership level or edit an existing one. Within the level settings, locate the Other Settings section and find the AffiliatePress Settings area. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected membership level according to your requirements.

    Ultimate Membership Pro

    To set a membership-specific commission rate in Ultimate Membership Pro, navigate to Ultimate Membership Pro > Memberships in your WordPress admin and create a new membership plan or edit an existing one. Within the membership settings, locate the AffiliatePress Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected membership level according to your requirements.

    Ninja Forms

    To set a form-specific commission rate in Ninja Forms, navigate to Ninja Forms > Dashboard in your WordPress admin and create a new form or edit an existing one. Within the form editor, go to the Emails & Actions tab and locate the AffiliatePress Commission action. Enable the commission option and configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value according to your requirements.

    WPForms

    To set a form-specific commission rate in WPForms, navigate to WPForms in your WordPress admin and create a new form or edit an existing one. Within the form editor, go to Settings > AffiliatePress. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value according to your site requirements.

    GetPaid

    To set an item-specific commission rate in GetPaid, navigate to GetPaid > Items in your WordPress admin and create a new item or edit an existing one. Within the item settings, locate the AffiliatePress Commission Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected item according to your requirements.

    LearnPress

    To set a course-specific commission rate in LearnPress, navigate to LearnPress > Courses in your WordPress admin and create a new course or edit an existing one. Within the course editor, locate the AffiliatePress tab. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected course according to your requirements.

    Accept Stripe Payment

    To set a product-specific commission rate in Accept Stripe Payments, navigate to Stripe Payments > Products in your WordPress admin and create a new product or edit an existing one. Within the product settings, locate the AffiliatePress Commission Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected product according to your requirements.

    BookingPress

    To set a service-specific commission rate in BookingPress, navigate to BookingPress > Services in your WordPress admin and create a new service or edit an existing one. Within the service settings, locate the AffiliatePress Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected service according to your requirements.

    Download Manager

    To set a download-specific commission rate in Download Manager, navigate to Downloads > All Files in your WordPress admin and create a new download or edit an existing one. Within the download editor, go to the Package Settings section and locate the AffiliatePress tab. Under the AffiliatePress Product Rate Settings, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected download according to your requirements.

    ARForms

    To set a form-specific commission rate in ARForms, navigate to ARForms > Other Options > General Options in your WordPress admin and create a new form or edit an existing one. Within the form settings, locate the AffiliatePress Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected form according to your requirements.

    WP Simple Pay

    To set a payment form-specific commission rate in WP Simple Pay, navigate to WP Simple Pay > Payment Forms in your WordPress admin and create a new payment form or edit an existing one. Within the form editor, locate the AffiliatePress Settings tab. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected payment form according to your requirements.

    Gravity Forms

    To set a form-specific commission rate in Gravity Forms, navigate to Forms in your WordPress admin and create a new form or edit an existing one. Within the form editor, go to Settings > Form Settings and locate the AffiliatePress Product Settings section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value for the selected form according to your site requirements.

    MasterStudy LMS

    To set a product-specific commission rate in MasterStudy LMS, navigate to Admin Panel > Courses> Add New or edit an existing courses. In this “AffiliatePress Settings” section. Here, you can configure the Commission Rate Type and Commission Rate Value according to your requirements.

    Product wise commission is not available with few plugins such as LearnDash, SureCart, Masteriyo LMS,Tutor LMS.
