BookingPress Integration
Integrating BookingPress with AffiliatePress is so easy. All it takes is just a few clicks, and that’s all.
Later, the system automatically starts tracking affiliate commissions when customers book services through your BookingPress booking form.
Whether you offer consultations, salon appointments, fitness sessions, medical bookings, or any other appointment-based service, BookingPress integrations lets you reward affiliates for successful bookings without any manual effort.
Here we’ll show you how to integrate BookingPress with AffiliatePress.
Before You Begin
Before configuring the integration, make sure you have the following installed and activated:
- WordPress with administrator access
- BookingPress (Pro)
- AffiliatePress
If everything above is good to go, follow the steps below to learn how to activate BookingPress in AffiliatePress.
Set Up BookingPress Integration
To enable BookingPress integration:
- Go to AffiliatePress → Settings → Integrations.
- Scroll down till you find the BookingPress integration.
- Simply toggle on the integration.
Once enabled, the following commission setting becomes available.
Reject Commission on Refunded Bookings
When a booking is refunded, AffiliatePress automatically rejects any unpaid affiliate commission associated with that booking.
It makes sure your affiliates are rewarded only for completed and successful bookings.
Note: This option only affects commissions that have not yet been paid.
Disable Commissions for Individual Services
By default, AffiliatePress generates commissions for all BookingPress services.
If you don’t want a particular service to generate affiliate commissions, you can disable commissions for that service individually.
To do this:
- Go to WordPress →BookingPress → Services.
- Edit the service you want to include.
- Scroll down to the AffiliatePress Commission Settings section.
- Toggle off the Enable Affiliate Commissions option.
- Save your changes.
Note: AffiliatePress service settings are available only when using the BookingPress Pro version.
Product-wise Commission Add-on Support
AffiliatePress allows you to set different commission rates for individual BookingPress services.
To use this feature, you must install and activate the AffiliatePress Product-wise Commission Rate Add-on. Once activated, you can assign custom commission rates to specific services while keeping your default commission settings for all other services.
For example:
| Service | Commission |
| Haircut | 20% |
| Consultation | 15% |
| Massage Therapy | Default Rate |
Product-specific commission rates always override:
- Default commission
- Group commission
- Affiliate-specific commission
Services without a custom commission rate continue using the default commission settings.

Product Selection Add-on Support
AffiliatePress allows you to control which BookingPress services are eligible for affiliate commissions.
To use this feature, you must install and activate the AffiliatePress Product Selection Add-on. Once activated, you can select specific BookingPress services that should generate affiliate commissions. Services that are not selected will not generate commissions.
After installing the add-on:
- Go to the BookingPress integration settings.
- Choose the services under Allowed Products.
- Save your settings.
Only the selected BookingPress services will generate affiliate commissions. All other services will be ignored.
Note: Services selected through this add-on override the Disable Commissions setting configured for individual services and will still generate commissions.

How BookingPress Commission Tracking Works
After the BookingPress integration is enabled:
- A visitor clicks an affiliate link.
- AffiliatePress tracks commission.
- The customer books a service using the BookingPress booking form.
- AffiliatePress validates the booking.
- A commission is generated for the affiliate.
- If the booking is refunded, the commission may be automatically rejected based on your settings.
