ARForms Integration

Integrating ARForms with AffiliatePress lets you track affiliate commissions when visitors submit selected forms on your website.

This integration is useful when your forms are connected to actions such as registrations, inquiries, lead generation, or other conversion events that you want to reward affiliates for.

Here we’ll show you how to integrate ARForms with AffiliatePress. 

Before You Begin

Before setting up the integration, make sure you have the following installed and activated:

• WordPress with administrator access
• ARForms (Pro)
• AffiliatePress

If everything above is good to go, follow the steps below to learn how to activate ARForms in AffiliatePress. 

Set Up ARForms Integration

To turn on the ARForms integration:

1. Head over to AffiliatePress → Settings → Integrations.
2. Scroll down until you find the ARForms integration.
3. Toggle on the integration and save your changes.

Turn On Commission Tracking for Individual Forms

After turning on the integration, you can decide which forms should generate affiliate commissions.

To do this:

1. Head over to ARForms → All Forms.
2. Open the form you want to configure.
3. Inside the form editor, go to Other Options → General Options.
4. Scroll down to the AffiliatePress Settings section.
5. Turn on the Enable Commission option.
6. Save your changes.

From this point on, AffiliatePress tracks eligible commissions whenever the selected form is successfully submitted.

Note: AffiliatePress settings are available only when using the ARForms Pro version.

Product-wise Commission Add-on Support

AffiliatePress allows you to set different commission rates for individual ARForms forms.

To use this feature, you must install and activate the AffiliatePress Product-wise Commission Rate Add-on. Once activated, you can assign custom commission rates to specific forms while keeping your default commission settings for all other forms.

For example:

Form	Commission
Contact Form	10%
Registration Form	20%
Lead Generation Form	Default Rate

Form-specific commission rates always override:

• Default commission
• Group commission
• Affiliate-specific commission

Forms without a custom commission rate use the default commission settings. For detailed setup instructions and more information, click here.

Product Selection Add-on Support 

AffiliatePress allows you to control which ARForms forms are eligible for affiliate commissions.

To use this feature, you must install and activate the AffiliatePress Product Selection Addon. Once activated, you can select specific ARForms forms that should generate affiliate commissions. Forms that are not selected will not generate commissions. 

After installing the add-on:

• Go to the ARForms integration settings.
• Choose the forms under Allowed Products.
• Save your settings.

Only the selected ARForms forms will generate affiliate commissions. All other forms will be ignored.

How ARForms Commission Tracking Works

After turning on the ARForms integration:

• A visitor clicks an affiliate link.
• AffiliatePress tracks commission.
• The visitor submits a form with commission tracking turned on.
• AffiliatePress validates the submission.
• A commission is generated for the affiliate based on your commission settings.
