Ninja Forms Integrations
The AffiliatePress Integration with Ninja Forms allows you to easily manage and track affiliate referrals and commissions directly through Ninja Forms. This integration streamlines affiliate management, optimizes commission payouts, and helps drive more sales for your business.
Set Up Ninja Forms Integration
To enable Ninja Forms support within AffiliatePress:
- Navigate to
AffiliatePress > Settings > Integrations
. - Enable the Ninja Forms integration by selecting “Yes”.
Enable AffiliatePress Integration for a Specific Form
Follow these steps to integrate AffiliatePress with a specific Ninja Form:
- Go to
Ninja Forms > All Forms
. - Click on the title of the form you wish to integrate (e.g., your donation form), or click Edit under the form title.
- In the form editor, navigate to the Emails & Actions tab.
- Click on Add New Action.
- Select the “AffiliatePress Commission” action from the available options.
Configure Commission Settings
Once you add the AffiliatePress action, configure the following settings:
- Total Amount Field: Select the field that corresponds to the price or total amount of the transaction.
- Customer Email: Select the field that holds the customer’s email address.
- Description: Select the field that contains the product name or description.
- Commission Type: Choose the desired commission type for the affiliate (e.g., percentage or fixed amount).
Once the settings are configured, publish the Ninja Form to save your changes and activate the integration.
