We prioritize customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Even though we are confident in the quality of AffiliatePress and are confident that you will never require a return, we have designed a simple and user-friendly refund policy.
When is a refund possible?
If you are having technical difficulties with your copy of AffiliatePress, please contact our support team first, as they are almost always ready to solve the issues.
You can, however, seek a refund if you don’t think the product is right for you. We only provide refunds within 14 days of purchase because AffiliatePress is a digital, non-revocable product. If you choose this option, please provide us with feedback so that we can continue to improve AffiliatePress with each release.
When is a refund not possible?
- We do not provide refunds after 14 days have passed since the purchase.
- We do not provide refunds in cases when a refund was already issued once for the purchase of the same product in the past.
- We also do not provide any refunds if you have repeat purchases of our product.
- We do not provide refunds if we found any suspicious activities like sharing files to an unauthorized entity or bulk downloads.
Upgrades and renewals are not eligible for refunds.
Please keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the buyer to understand this before purchasing products from us.
Uninstall the plugin if a refund is granted
You agree to immediately deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team. The company reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
